I've got a secret

Okay, now before you read this post, you have to take an oath of secrecy. Raise your right hand and say the following: "I, (insert your name), do solemnly promise not to tell NATALIE about the big secret surprise." Did you do it? I mean it - you really have to say it out loud with your right hand in the air. I'll give those of you who cheated a moment to REALLY take the oath......... Okay. Here's the secret. Natalie called me yesterday from school and begged me to go online and buy tickets to a Josh Groban concert in Seattle in August. She didn't know the date, but she knew it was at Key Arena. So I said I would at least check on it. I got my email, checked a few other things I check every day online, and then I googled "Josh Groban concert." It turned out he was doing a concert in Seattle - August 18th. That just happens to be the date my nephew is getting married - in Utah. So we definitely could not go to the concert. I said, "oh well." Then I thought, just for kicks, that I should check to see if he was doing a concert in Portland.... and guess what? He is! It's on August 22nd, the Wednesday after we get back from the wedding in Utah. So I got tickets. And later I told Natalie "sorry, we can't see Josh Groban in concert because we'll be out of town." I'm going to wait until she does something really nice for me (this could take a while) or until something bad happens and she needs cheering up (this could happen tomorrow if she gets a zit) and then I'll tell her WE'RE GOING TO A JOSH GROBAN CONCERT! Remember - you promised not to tell. This is my secret.
