
Caramel Apple Cider:
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 cups apple cider or juice
1/2 cup water
Heat cream and brown sugar over medium heat. Add cider and water and heat on medium high until it starts to steam. Pour into mugs and top with caramel whipped cream.
Caramel Whipped Cream - whip in chilled bowl until soft peaks form:
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 T brown sugar
