
I know I mentioned this on Facebook, but in case you missed it, I've recently returned to ROLLER SKATING! It's been a while, so I look about as steady on wheels as these ladies. I needed to find something to do for exercise, and I hate jogging - and most other forms of self torture. I love roller skating, and it's very aerobic. It's also great for toning muscles. I hurt in places I haven't hurt for a long time. I'm looking for other closet roller skaters out there who would like to join me on Wednesday afternoons between 3:00 and 5:30 (just for 30 minutes or so). If you're not a great skater, that's okay. There are only about seven people there on Wednesdays! Exercise is more fun with a friend!
